3 days - Gombe Stream NP

day 1
Arrive in Kigoma. Shuttle service from airport or railway station to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel. Sightseeing in Kigoma town and visit the Dr. Livingstone memorial in Ujiji on the way. Lunch at Sangara restaurant. Depart to Gombe National Park by boat. Dinner and overnight in Gombe Luxury Tented Camp.

day 2
Breakfast at the lodge/rest house. Game viewing at the park. Climb to the Kakombe waterfalls and Jane's Peak. Lunch at the camp. Depart to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel by boat. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at Sangara restaurant.

day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the airport or railway station.

 

6 days - Gombe Stream NP

day 1
Arrive in Kigoma. Shuttle service from airport or railway station to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel for overnight. Lunch at Sangara restaurant. Sightseeing in Kigoma town. Visit the Dr. Livingstone memorial. Lunch and dinner at Sangara restaurant.

day 2
After breakfast departure by boat to Gombe NP. Game viewing and chimpanzee tracking in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Gombe Luxury Tented Camp.

day 3
Breakfast at the camp. Game viewing and chimpanzee tracking. Climb to the Kakombe waterfalls. Afternoon at leisure. Meals and accommodation in the camp.

day 4 After breakfast game viewing and chimpanzee tracking. Climb to Jane's peak. Afternoon at leisure. Meals and accommodation in the camp.

day 5
After breakfast game viewing and chimpanzee tracking. Lunch in the camp. Departure by boat to Kigoma. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at Sangara restaurant. Overnight in Kigoma Hilltop Hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the airport or railway station.

 

5 days - Mahale NP

day 1
Arrive in Kigoma. Shuttle service from airport or railway station to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel for overnight. Lunch at Sangara restaurant. Sightseeing in Kigoma town. Visit the Dr. Livingstone memorial. Dinner at Sangara restaurant.

After breakfast departure to Mahale National Park by boat. Visit the Mahale Park Information Center at Park headquarters. Afternoon at leisure. Meals and accommodation in Nkungwe luxury tented camp.

day 3
Breakfast at the camp. Game viewing and chimpanzee tracking in the reserve. Lunch at the camp. Boat safari on the Lake. Dinner and overnight in the camp.

day 4
After breakfast departure by boat to Kigoma. Afternoon at leisure. Lunch and dinner at Sangara restaurant. Overnight in Kigoma Hilltop Hotel.

day 5
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to the airport or railway station.


 

8 days - Mahale and Gombe Stream NP
