Day 1:
Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport
to be met and transferred to
Olasiti Garden lodge Or Moivaro lodge
for dinner and overnight.
Day 2:
After a more relaxing breakfast drive
across Maasai country and onto Tarangire National Park
dotted by baobab trees and lovely birds. Game viewing all
the way to Tarangire Sopa Lodge for lunch. Afternoon return
to park to search for large group of game migrating from
Maasai steppe. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 3:
Morning game viewing after breakfast.
Lunch at Kirurumu Tented Lodge and thereafter proceed to
Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge overlooking crater below for dinner
and overnight.
Day 4:
Today is going to be a very special day!.
After breakfast drive into crater floor 2000 ft below. This
unique park has been labeled 'Garden of Eden' and home to
Big Five (buffalo, lion, elephant, rhino and leopard) all
living in close proximity. Since game viewing at crater
floor is limited to half day you leave Ngorongoro area
around 1300 and head further north crossing into Serengeti
National Park. On the way visit Olduvai Gorge, birthplace of
mankind. Picnic lunch and more game viewing all the way to
Serengeti Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5:
Morning and afternoon game viewing at
Serengeti National Park. Serengeti is probably the most
famous game park in the world and starting point for
wildebeest annual migration. The whole day will be yours to
search and photograph some of most beautiful game on earth
including giraffe, cheetah, kudu, eland, buffalo, lion
hunting, antics of hyena, crocodile, zebra, wildebeest and
many more. All meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge.
Day 6:
After breakfast return to central
Serengeti to search for more game and thereafter drive to
Southern Serengeti and onto Ndutu Safari Lodge for lunch.
Afternoon game viewing around Ndutu area until sunset.
Dinner and overnight at your lovely lodge.
Day 7:
After breakfast enjoy short game viewing
at Ndutu before leaving for Wild Manyara Tented Lodge for
lunch. Afternoon proceed to Lake Manyara National Park
nearby famous for tree climbing lion, hippo and pink
flamingo. The whole afternoon will be yours at Lake Manyara,
returning to your camp in time for shower, dinner and
overnight.
Day 8:
After a leisurely breakfast drive back to
Arusha for lunch and short flight to Zanzibar where you will
be met and transferred to Fumba Beach Lodge/ sea breeze/ Ras
Nungwi for afternoon beach leisure and dinner.
Day 9
Beach Leisure at Fumba/Zanzibar (HB) i.e.
Breakfast & Dinner only
Day 10,
Beach Leisure at Fumba/Zanzibar (HB)
Day 11:
Beach Leisure at Fumba/Zanzibar (HB)
Day 12:
Transfer to airport to connect short
flight to Dar es Salaam arriving in time for onward flight.
